Paperbarks is a modern 4 bedroom absolute beachfront holiday house. From the back deck, you look through the Paperbark trees onto beautiful Home Beach. 

Comfortably sleeping 6 adults & 8 children, Paperbarks is the perfect holiday for families. Please note, we do not allow bookings of more than 8 adults. 
There is a King Bedroom and Bunk Room downstairs on the same level as the open plan living and dining area. On the upper level, there are 2 Queen Bedrooms. There is also a laundry with washing machine & dryer for guests to use. All rooms are accessed via an external hallway. 

Paperbarks is pet friendly upon request, please let us know when you book if you are planning on bringing your pet with you. Please note, the property is not fenced. 

Linen and bath towels are supplied, however you will need to bring your own beach towels. 
We do provide a small stater pack of dishwasher tablets, bin liners, toilet paper, soap, shampoo & conditioner. However if you have a larger group or are staying longer than a couple of nights we advise you bring extra supplies. 
 
We have a strict no party/ event policy as we have many long-term locals who live close by - we ask that all guests please be respectful of our neighbours. 

If you decide to leave your car at home, the local Straddie Bus stops almost directly outside (the Anchorage bus stop), and will take you up towards Point Lookout, or back towards the Ferry at Dunwich. 


Paperbarks Cancelation Policy:

100% refund if cancellation is more than 3 months before arrival date.
Deposit will not be refunded if cancellation is within 3 months of arrival date.
NO REFUND for cancelations that occur within 1 month of arrival date.
